Got the card? Bought some flowers? Made the cocktail? Cocktail? Oh, yes. A Valentine Day celebration would not be complete without a spirited concoction. To add further joy to the day, we offer this rum-based, light and creamy drink for two.
Unsweetened cocoa powder
3 ounces light rum
2 ounce Bailey’s Irish Cream
1 ounce coconut water
Spread a tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder in a circle on a plate. Rim the edge of two cocktail glasses very lightly with an orange slice. Gently press the glasses’ rims into the powder and set aside. Rum, Bailey’s, and coconut water go into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Give it a vigorous shake for 15 seconds. Pour into the rimmed glasses. Serve with love, and some chocolate.
