Spasibo, Martini Monday cocktail

Spasibo launches our Martini Monday line of classic and original Martini cocktails with ingredients for the Millennium. Today is an original: instead of vermouth, we’re using Tuaca, an Italian liqueur with citrus and almond flavors. Though still the same recipe, Tuaca is now distilled in Louisville, Kentucky. The drink’s title, Russian for thanks, looks ahead to the Olympic games starting Friday in Sochi. Спасибо!

Spasibo Spasibo vert
1 1/2 ounces vodka
1/2 ounce Tuaca
1 ounce orange juice
1 dash orange bitters

Put vodka, Tuaca and bitters in an ice-filled mixing glass and stir evenly for 15 to 20 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Run the skin side of an orange twist around the rim of the glass; drop the twist in the drink.
