Tomorrow you can drink to Saint Cyril of Jerusalem, a doctor, who might have prescribed this Irish whiskey and gin blend as a remedy.
Hibernia
1 1/2 ounces Irish whiskey
1/2 ounce gin
1/2 ounce orange juice
1 teaspoon blueberry preserves
Put all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with several ice cubes. Shake vigorously until thorough chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
