We happened to be back home in San Francisco last Sunday morning when shock waves from an earthquake centered 60 miles north rolled through. At 3:20 a.m., it was a little too early and we may have been too shaken to create a cocktail. On firmer ground now, we’ve whipped up this recipe to encourage all who are pulling through the #napaquake.
2 ounces brandy
1/4 ounce creme de banana
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon orange juice
Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with several ice cubes. Shake gently for 20 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
