Key Lime Pie, dessert cocktail

What we have here is Licor 43, a Spanish liqueur with striking vanilla and citrus flavors — 43 secret herbs and spices. Their recipe for this drink includes rimming the glass with graham cracker dust. We’re not doing that. Instead, serve graham crackers on the side.

Key Lime Pie Key Lime Pie vert
1 ounce vodka
1/2 ounce Licor 43
1 ounce heavy cream
1/2 ounce lime juice

Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with cracked ice. Shake vigorously until combined and chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a thin lime slice. Serve with a side dish of graham crackers.
