Florida has become a retirement and vacation destination for folks from Britain and, with a nod to the land of lochs, Scotland. Here’s something that let’s them bring a bottle from home and highlight it with Florida citrus.

Scot in Florida
1 1/2 ounces blended scotch
1/2 ounce orange juice
1/4 ounce Drambuie
2 dashes of Fee Bros. orange bitters

Put all the ingredients in an ice-filled mixing glass. Stir until well chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with an orange twist.
