Pegu Club Cocktail

This drink predates the popular spot in New York’s Soho. It was first served in the 1930s, when Yangon was Rangoon and Myanmar was Burma. It is another example of how the British colonialists passed part of their time holding the empire together. Very dry gin, please, my dear fellow.

3/4 ounce Orange Curacao
1 dash lime juice
